Thanksgiving 1999 was the first time that I cooked a turkey. I rather enjoyed it and have cooked more turkeys since. Below are pictures of that first bird.

After years of successful brining and roasting, I decided to try frying a turkey in 2005. Lowering the uncooked turkey into the hot oil requires great care, but it is fun to watch. Enjoy the view (movie is Windows Media format).
