Your grade will reflect your knowledge of the topics, your ability to work problems, and your grasp of the concepts. Note communicating correctly is as important as remembering and calculating. Specific criteria are provided below and with individual assignments as required.
Your grade will be split into two portions. The first portion of your grade consists of daily work such as homework and quizzes. This accounts for 20% of your grade.
The other portion of your grade will be the standards (exams). This accounts for 80% of your grade. The list of standards and details on how many must be earned for each grade are in a separate document.
Each exam will have problems covering all the standards prior to that time. This enables you to demonstrate mastery of both new and old, not yet earned, standards. You will skip problems for standards you have already earned.
